For the active immunisation of chickens to reduce infection and clinical signs of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix, E. praecox and E. tenella.

Immunity begins to develop within 10 days post vaccination and is maintained for at least 36 weeks post vaccination, when chickens are housed in conditions that permit oocyst recycling.
