Indications
Cattle, sheep and goat dip. Controls ticks on cattle, sheep and goats. Kills cattle lice, sheep scab mites, itch mites and goat mange mites.

Contains Amitraz 23,75 % m/m

Warnings

• DO NOT USE ON HORSES.
• Do not slaughter animals for human consumption within 7 days of last application.
• Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.
• Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.

Precautions

• Protect product from extremes of heat and cold and from dampness.
  Tightly re-seal the packet or bucket if all the contents have not been used.
• Destroy empty containers and never re-use for any other purpose.
• Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Directions for Use: Use only as directed.

Cattle:   For external use only on cattle by dipping (not for hand spraying or sprayraces).

TAKTIC TR CATTLE DIP should not be mixed with any other dip.

The total replacement system of dipping requires that exactly the same quantity of TAKTIC TR CATTLE DIP is added to the diptank PRIOR to EACH dipping in accordance with the table. The tank is topped up with water to the desired dipping level on each occasion.

Mixing instructions (diptanks only)
Add the required amount of powder to approximately 10 liters of water in a suitable container. Allow powder to settle, then stir. When well mixed, add to the diptank and agitate well. Proceed with dipping immediately.

Use at the rate of 1 part to 5 000 parts water or in this proportion as tabulated e.g. 100 g per 500 liters.

Amount to be added to diptank prior to each dipping or during dipping should replenishment be necessary:

Ticks: Dip cattle weekly.

Lice: Dip cattle twice with a 7 day interval.

Sheep and Goats
For external use on sheep and goats by plunge dipping only.

TAKTIC TR CATTLE DIP should not be mixed with any other dip.

For Sheep Scab and Goat Mange, clean out the diptank and re-fill with fresh water. Charge water at rate of 1 kg TAKTIC TR CATTLE DIP to 700 liters water. Replenish dipwash at the rate of 1 kg TAKTIC TR CATTLE DIP to 500 liters water, when one third of the dipwash has been used.

To prevent post-dipping lameness, at the end of each day’s dipping, charge the dipwash with TMTD (Thiram) at the rate of 1 kg per 15 000 liters dipwash and mix well.

DIP SHEEP AND GOATS AT LEAST TWICE WITH AN 8 – 10 DAY INTERVAL TO KILL SHEEP SCAB MITES, ITCH MITES AND GOAT MANGE MITES

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Protect product from extremes of heat and cold and from dampness.
